2017.12.6 Version 3.1
Connections between genes in the gene regulatory were constructed based on the interactions of their coding products, that is, the protein-protein interactions(PPIs). The PPIs with highest confidence (interaction score bigger than or equal to 0.900) from the latest version of database STRING (1) were utilized to construct gene-gene pairs.
