Search rSNPs and rSNP-based regulatory network

Users can search rSNP and SNP-based regulatory network in specific modules.

1.  rSNP search module

a).  Search Input
Please paste your SNPs in the input region of “rSNP Search”, select options appropriate to your analysis aim, and then click "Search".

Input format
SNP could be submitted one per line with either its dbSNP ID.The maximum of variant number for one job is 500.

Optional filter
rSNPBase 3.0 support search filter by using the type of SNP related element. Users could perform the filter by select interested filter options. If nothing is selected, the search will perform without any filter.

b).  Search result
rSNPBase 3.0 provides a result summary page for each job, from which detailed SNP report page can be linked. All analysis results can be downloaded.

2.  Network search module

a).  Search Input
The input format in Network search module is same to rSNP search module. SNP could be submitted one per line with either its dbSNP ID. The maximum of variant number for one job is 500.

b).  Search result
The Network search result page included two parts. The first part is a graphic regulatory network that constructed by SNP related E-G pairs.

The second part is an “element-gene-related SNPs” interaction table, which could be downloaded and modulated in graphic tools such as Cytoscape. SNPs shown in this table are linkable to their detail report pages.

3.  rSNP report page
This page reports all annotations for individual SNP. Including basic information (ID, chromosome location, allele), SNP related regulatory elements, SNP related E-G pairs, and extend information (such as LD-proxies, eQTL information, and related diseases.)

4.  Download
An FTP site(ftp://rv.psych.ac.cn/pub/rsnp3/) was provided to facilitate the download of annotations for all included SNPs.
